The home-cooked dinner, rich with Norwegian classics, transported me from Edinburgh to the heart of Viking heritage.The restaurant, akin to a culinary lighthouse, beckoned with its warmth and ambiance. Each bite of the hearty trout and crisp potatoes spoke volumes of tradition and innovation, mirroring the stark beauty of the Nordic landscape. While savoring each bite on the terrace overlooking the majestic mountains, it felt like nature itself approved of this gastronomic experience.
